Highlighted in yellow, and smack dab in the middle, is his most prized. “He’s one I just cannot find,” Jones said. Michael Rabitaille, 55,  is a tier three sex offender absconder who hasn’t registered in the state’s database in more than five years. He was convicted in 1987 for raping a child in Massachusetts and spent more than 20 years in prison.
