PHILADELPHIA – Police have arrested the person who shot two students Friday at a school in the Logan section of the city, but they have not recovered the gun.  After a search that lasted about an hour, Philadelphia police arrested the shooter, also a student, at his home in Grays Ferry located about 11 miles away from the school. Authorities said the 15-year-old victims – one male and one female – were shot in the arm while inside the Delaware Valley Charter High School gym around 3:30 p.m. They were in stable condition at Albert Einstein Medical Center, a block away from the school.
