A former teacher from upstate New York who spent three years in prison for having an affair with a 14-year-old student skipped out on her parole and is now on the run from police, who fear that she may be involved without another child. Buffalo police say convicted sex offender Cara Dickey, 34, removed her electronic ankle bracelet in violation of her parole condition and vanished Wednesday. ‘We know that the electronic bracelet has been detached.
