Jesse Michael Kibert, a 33-year old man from Houston Texas, was arrested for placing an ad on Craigslist looking for a young girl and a mother who would be willing to have sex with him, indicating that “incest was a plus.” According to The Daily Mail, a sting operation between the Harris County Tech Crimes Unit and the Department of Homeland Security Investigations Cyber Squad discovered the astonishing ad.
