Todd Parrilla, 48, had a practice in Pawcatuck in south-eastern Connecticut at the time of the arrest in August last year. He pleaded guilty to the receipt and distribution of child pornography. The disturbing pictures and film included images of boys under the age of 12 engaging in sexually-explicit conduct, reports Associated Press.
