Parolee Accused of Torturing 5-yo Boy

https://homeupgradespecialist.com/06chooyud SANTA ANA, CA — A Placentia man is accused of beating, stabbing and torturing a 5-year-old boy who was being cared for by his girlfriend. Carmen William Iacullo II, 33, is charged with felony torture, child abuse and corporal injury on a child, plus sentencing enhancements for causing serious injury. His girlfriend, Lori Louisa Pincus, 39, also of Placentia, is also charged with child abuse and accessory after the fact for allegedly allowing the torture to take place and failing to seek medical treatment for the boy.
