Parents Shackled Son To Chair Every Night for 6-Months

A mother and father have been jailed for allegedly shackling their teenage son to a chair every night for six months. Virginia Smith, 63, and her husband Douglas Smith allegedly handcuffed the 17-year-old and used padlocked chains to pin him to a chair.
