Parents Charged With Child Abuse Twice

Over the weekend in Albuquerque, an 11 year old told police she blew into an Interlock to start her mom’s car, while another couple was arrested after drug paraphernalia was found tied to their toddler’s stroller. Marvella Joe-Naranjo, 32, was pulled over Saturday evening after an officer saw her driving in the middle of two lanes on I-25 while approaching the Jefferson St. exit.
