Saginaw, Michigan — Aki Dillard, 39, and his wife, Mio Dillard, 30, were arraigned today in the 70th District Court in Saginaw in connection with a child abuse investigation. Their 6-year-old son, Elijah Dillard, died of his injuries on Saturday.
