Parents Accused Of Fencing Their Child Into Bed
LANCASTER, Ohio — A couple accused of locking their 4-year-old child in a bed after deputies discovered the child’s bed wrapped in steel mesh and equipped with a sliding latch were indicted Friday on 30 counts ranging from kidnapping to child endangerment. Russell D. Terry, 34, and Jamie M. Curnell, 32, each were charged with 10 counts of abduction, all third-degree felonies; 10 counts of kidnapping, all first-degree felonies; and 10 counts of endangering children, all third degree felonies.
