Halloween, fun and easy accessories can go a long way. But for one North East family, a Halloween facial cosmetic sent their daughter to the ER. Seven-year-old Haily was excited to go to a Halloween party at the Magic Kingdom on October 5th. It was her first trip to Walt Disney World. She dressed up as a peacock, and used “Fright Night” eye-shadow tattoos that her family purchased at the Walmart in Harborcreek.
