PA–Two men charged in rape of girl, 14
https://www.completerehabsolutions.com/blog/5fao27n EAST PIKELAND — Two Stowe men were arrested on rape charges Thursday after they allegedly lured a 14-year-old Linfield girl to The French Creek Inn and raped her on Wednesday.
Police arrested William Parker, 33, and Matthew Dise, 20, both of the 500 block of Glasgow Street in Stowe, and charged them with felony rape, statutory sexual assault, indecent assault, corruption of minors, selling or furnishing liquor or malt or brewed beverages to minors, luring a child into a motor vehicle and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.
