Prisons holding Britain’s most evil killers sparked outrage by giving inmates thousands of pounds in prizes for winning bingo and other games. Official figures reveal £4,391 was paid out to prisoners at Wakefield jail, which holds Soham child murderer Ian Huntley and Milly Dowler killer Levi Bellfield.
