N.Y. man faces child sex charges

BRUNSWICK — Ten days after his arrest by Troy police on multiple sex counts, a 25-year-old man from that city was arrested again Monday by State Police and charged with raping a 14-year-old girl on New Year’s Eve in 2008.

https://www.emilymunday.co.uk/me4awrtky In the latest case, Simmons of 333 Congress St. was charged with first-degree rape, a felony, and endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor. Simmons was arraigned and sent back to the Rensselaer County Jail.
