N.Y. Man arrested for child rape may have more victims

NEW YORK: Troy police have arrested a suspect in the rape of a child, and police think there are other victims, outside of Troy.
Robert Simmons, 25, of 333 Congress Street in Troy faces several charges, including sexual abuse and child endangerment.
