MEIGS COUNTY, West Virginia — A search for a missing Kanawha County teen has turned into a murder investigation. https://transculturalexchange.org/1kfqbqfxs Ericka Brown, 16, was found dead Saturday and the man accused of answering her ad on Craigslist is now charged with her murder. Brown was reported missing on Aug. 10 from her home in Poca. Her body was found Saturday morning along the Ohio River in Portland, Ohio, in Meigs County.
