Murder Victim Laid to Rest

A Trumbull County boy allegedly killed by his mother’s live-in boyfriend was laid to rest Friday. Friends and family came to Hall Funeral Home in Warren to say their final goodbyes to 4- year- old Nicholas Partin. Prosecutors allege that Partin was punched in the stomach by Scott Walker, 33. Investigators say the blow caused the young boy’s death, and Walker admitted to hitting Partin. READ MORE HERE
