A babysitter has been charged with murder after he allegedly slammed a toddler he was looking after into a wall. Jarrod Rudder, 24, grabbed two-year-old Michael Pulliam by the wrist and smacked the child off a wall and lamp causing multiple broken bones and a brain bleed.
