Mother Beheaded Her 2-YO Son While High on PCP

CAMDEN, NJ — Toxicology tests show a woman who decapitated her 2-year-old son and then killed herself in August had smoked PCP-laced marijuana. 33-year old Chevonne Thomas called 911 to admit decapitating the toddler just minutes before stabbing herself to death.
