The tragic death of a girl diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy was due to severe neglect and malnutrition on the part of her mother and other caregivers. Angela Norman, 42, of Dayton, Ohio, pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter on Friday after her daughter, Makayla, died in March 2011 from nutritional and medical neglect. READ MORE HERE
