A Florida mother has been charged with aggravated child abuse in a box cutter attack targeting two teenagers who were fighting with her sons Monday. Police say Nora Silva, 33, lunged at the victims wielding the small knife after witnessing them allegedly bullying her 14-year-old son and his 17-year-old brother.
