A mother-of-two has been arrested after her 16-month-old daughter was so badly scalded in the bath that the ‘skin fell off her legs’. Danielle Connor, 23, who said she left the toddler unattended in the water for around 10 minutes, is now facing charges of child neglect. The girl was rushed to hospital suffering from second and third-degree burns on 30 per cent of her body from the waist down. She is currently listed in a serious condition. Connor of Washington County, Oklahoma, told police she had placed the toddler and her other three-year-old daughter in the bathtub at their home on Sunday night.  READ MORE HERE
