Mother Charged In 10-YO Daughter’s Death
ST. JOHNS, MI — A St. Johns woman faces potential prison time after her 10-year-old daughter was found dead at home last fall. Kathleen Parker, 47, is charged with second-degree child abuse, a felony punishable by up to four years imprisonment. Parker’s daughter, Vienna, was found dead at home, an apartment in the 400 block of East Higham Street, on Sept. 22, 2011. READ MORE HERE
