Mother Caught Driving With Newborn In Purse

ST. CROIX, U.S. Virgin Islands — A woman is facing possible criminal charges for allegedly driving with her newborn baby in her handbag. Officers reportedly pulled the woman over for a routine traffic stop Tuesday.
