Mother Arrested After 3-MO Infant Found with Broken Arm

A Lehigh Acres woman has been arrested for suspected child abuse after her three-month-old daughter was found with a broken arm. Leiliana Chang, 22, brought the infant to Health Park Hospital on Tuesday for treatment of the injury. An employee of the hospital notified the Child Abuse Hotline and the Lee County Sheriff’s Office that the parents of the victim were unable to explain the cause of the injury.
