Mother Arrested After 3-MO Found Dead

BARTLESVILLE — A 27-year-old Bartlesville woman was arraigned Monday on a charge of child neglect following an investigation into the death of a 3-month-old girl whose lifeless body became food for roaches, according to authorities. Brittany Cherokee Dawn Bell appeared in Washington County District Court via video monitor from the jail.
