Mother Accused Of Breaking 7-Mth-Old Daughter’s Leg

SPARTANBURG, S.C. — Authorities in Spartanburg County said they arrested an Upstate mother on charges of child abuse and neglect.

The Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office said 29-year-old Patricia Diane Emory, of Converse, was arrested Monday after an investigation by the Juvenile Crimes Unit determined that Emory’s 7-month-old daughter had suffered two fractures in her right leg.
