Mother Accused of Assaulting Son With Bat

GULFPORT — A Gulfport woman has been charged with felony child abuse after police say she struck her 9-year-old son in the head with a bat. Kizzie Margaret Williams, 31, of Campbell Circle in Gulfport, is in the Harrison County jail on a $50,000 bond pending a hearing by Judge Diane Ladner. READ MORE HERE
