NASHVILLE, TN -A man wanted by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation for nearly three years was captured in Wilmington, North Carolina this week. Stephen Beck, 43, was added to the Top 10 Most Wanted fugitive list in July of 2011 after he failed to appear in court in Wilson County.
