Man sentenced in child abuse homicide case
CEDAR CITY — Emotions ran high Tuesday in Cedar City’s 5th District Court as a Cedar City man who shook his former girlfriend’s infant child, causing fatal injuries, was sentenced to 1 to 15 years in Utah State Prison. According to testimony, Thomas Harry Canum III, 25, was left alone with 14-month-old Cayden Lasseter, the son of his former girlfriend, Molly Gricius, on Sept. 18, 2010. READ MORE HERE
