HAYSVILLE, Kansas — A registered sex offender finds himself behind bars again. He faces charges of sexually abusing his fiance’s ten-year-old daughter. On Friday police arrested Walter Tillson III on charges of aggravated indecent liberties with a child. Tillson was convicted 10 years ago of raping a child. Sia Nyorkor spoke with the girl’s family in a story you’ll only see on Eyewitness News.
