A mother has allegedly been caught on camera tampering with her five-month-old baby’s IV in hospital after doctors suspected child abuse. Ladonna Parlier, 26, was filmed injecting an ‘unknown substance’ into her daughter Naomi’s intravenous tube in North Carolina, according to police.
