DUBLIN, Ohio — A Dublin mother is indicted on felony charges after she’s accused of raping a 10-month-old male. The Franklin County grand jury indicted Ashley Jessup, 24, on four felony counts: two counts of rape, one count of endangering children and one count of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor.
