ORLANDO, Fla. – A mother of four children is facing child neglect charges after she admitted to leaving her kids alone at home with little food so that she could spend time with her boyfriend. A woman called 911 after finding 35-year-old Rhonda Baker’s kids alone with nothing to eat.
