MO–47-yr old man arrested for sexual abuse of 15-yr-old

Mark A. ShepherdKSDK — A 47-year-old Warrenton man was arrested Monday on charges of sexual abuse of a child, the Warren County Sheriff’s Department said.
According to Sheriff Kevin Harrison, investigators were contacted April 12 about a possible incident of molestation. A friend of the 15-year-old victim spoke with detectives and further investigation led to the arrest of Mark A. Shepherd.
