Arrest made after girl’s body found in shallow grave
Arizona authorities have made an arrest in connection with the disappearance and murder of 8-year-old Isabella “Bella” Grogan-Cannella. Justin James Rector, 26, of Bullhead City, was charged Thursday with kidnapping and first-degree murder. The girl’s body was discovered Wednesday in a shallow grave near her home, police said. The body has since been visually identified as Bella. Authorities have not yet revealed a cause of death. READ MORE HERE
