A Dallas ISD middle school teacher has been charged with sexual assault after a 14-year-old girl accused him of having sex with her in his classroom in recent months. The eighth-grade girl told police that the relationship escalated, with Scott Alcaraz buying her Dr Peppers at Marsh Middle School and offering to buy her anything she wanted.
