Michigan House Senate Approves “Dominick’s Law”
GENESEE COUNTY, MI — The state House this week unanimously approved legislation that would strengthen penalties for convicted child abusers, and the measure will now go to the state Senate for its consideration. The bills are known as “Dominick’s Law,” named after 4-year-old Dominick Calhoun, who died after he was beaten in April 2010 in his Argentine Township home. READ MORE HERE
