MI Woman Charged in Sexual Assault, Death of 2-Yr Old Stepdaughter

Macomb County Prosecutor Eric Smith announced he has charged the woman with felony murder, first-degree child abuse and first-degree criminal sexual conduct in the death of Lily Lynette Furneaux-Wolfengarber. The woman will appear at 1:30 p.m. in New Baltimore District Court. The murder and criminal sexual conduct charges are life felonies. The child abuse charge is a 15-year felony.
