MI–5-week old abused infant on life-support

A 5-week-old Monroe, MI girl reportedly is clinging to life after suffering severe injuries that police believe could have resulted from child abuse.
No arrests have been made but a second child living in the family home has been removed and placed in foster care. On Monday, officials with the Monroe County family court began legal proceedings to determine the future welfare of the children.
