The lawsuit – first reported by the Tulsa World – was filed on Friday in Tulsa County District Court and alleges that the young teen was raped in a campus stairwell of the 17,000-member Victory Christian Center by a church worker and claims the church delayed reporting the assault. The mother seeks more than $75,000 and alleges that Victory Christian Center officials tried to conceal the allegation in an effort at ‘damage control.’ READ MORE HERE
