Marine Master Sergeant Accused of Raping Child

A Camp Lejeune Marine is in jail, accused of raping a 12-year-old girl. Deputies say Master Sgt. Tyson Spencer of Jacksonville was arrested Wednesday afternoon. The 37-year-old is charged with first degree rape of a child, first degree sex offense with a child, two counts of indecent liberties with a child, and two counts of felony child abuse involving a sexual act.
