The Eau Claire man who police say knew he was HIV positive and didn’t use protection while sexually assaulting 13- and 10-year-old boys will be sentenced Aug. 7. Blair D. Diehl, 39, 139 W. Lexington Blvd., pleaded no contest Tuesday in Eau Claire County Court to two felony counts of repeated sexual assault of the same child. READ MORE HERE
