Police have arrested a man accused of stabbing to death a six-year-old boy and slashing his sister’s throat as they slept in Camden, New Jersey, over the weekend. Jason Laughlin, a spokesman for the Camden County prosecutor’s office, said 31-year-old Osvaldo Rivera, of Camden, was arrested Sunday afternoon and charged with murder and attempted murder.
