The young girl was allegedly raped by her grandmother’s boyfriend. Springfield Police Lt. Robert Moynihan reported the crime to 22News Sunday. Detectives assigned to the Special Investigations Unit arrested 45-year-old Eliu Ramos at a home on Alden Street.
