MEMPHIS, TN – A 39-year-old North Memphis man was convicted Friday of raping an 11-year-old girl who was a relative of an acquaintance, said Shelby County Dist. Atty. Gen. Amy Weirich. After the Criminal Court jury’s verdict, Christopher Bailey of the 900 block of North Watkins was automatically sentenced to 25 years in prison with no parole.
