According to the Denver District Attorney’s Office David Tarver sexually assaulted at least three of his children, dating back to the 1980’s. Last January a jury found Tarver guilty of multiple counts of sexual assault on a child, sexual assault on a child by one in a position of trust, pattern of abuse, and aggravated incest.
