Man Raped His GF’s 8-YO Daughter

Port Penn, Del. —Delaware State Police Major Crimes detectives arrested a 23-year-old Port Penn man for the alleged rape of an 8-year-old female after videos of him were discovered by the victim’s mother. The incident was reported Wednesday and the man was arrested Thursday. Joshua Jones was charged with first degree rape and first degree unlawful sexual contact.
