A 29-year-old Florida man has been arrested for premeditated attempted homicide, attempted sexual assault of a child and 10 counts of possession of child pornography. Florida state investigators arrested Shawn Ryan Thomas June 12 after a tip from a confidential informant. Thomas reportedly was planning to lure two parents and a juvenile female to a vacant house under the charade of producing a TV show.
