Man Indicted for Child Rape

A 67-year-old Kettering man is accused of sexually assaulting a young girl in his neighborhood. David R. Leiser was indicted today on two counts of rape involving a child younger than 10, according to a Montgomery County grand jury report. Leiser originally was arrested Jan. 21 on suspicion of gross sexual imposition and remains in the Montgomery County Jail on $250,000 bond, online jail records show. READ MORE HERE
